Alzbeta Michalik Laurel Elevation Tokens

Alzbeta wanted something relatively simple for the vigil tokens for her elevation to the Order of the Laurel. I went with the basics: name, society year, and the occasion. The four-pointed star comes from her heraldry.

The laurel wreath was an interesting challenge, as I originally tried to use a larger, rounded leaf punch that I had created specifically for laurel leaves. The shape looked good, but due to its slightly larger size any differences in angles when striking were very noticeable, and my first attempt looked off-center. I was told it would work fine, but ever striving for improvement I made a new leaf punch a little under half the size of the original one. The results were much cleaner and the leaf outlines were much crisper, which you can see in the photos of the finished coin.
